Each property may have its own set of requirements.

Common prerequisites include;

• $100.00 Brokerage fee

• Screening fee

• Application fee

• 18 years or older

• Credit and Background check

• Valid ID

• Three (3) most recent paystubs

• Three (3) most recent bank statements

• First month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit (equivalent to one month's rent)
